Estill Springs Industrial Park was built by Jesse Rogers, President & CEO of Universal Technologies Inc.

With over 153,000 Square Feet of production space and a variety of specialized equipment, UTI designed, engineered and manufactured for aerospace and government contracts. Founded in 1972, UTI was certified and participated in projects from landing gear for Blackhawk helicopters, to inert missiles such as the Hellfire, Sparrow and Harpoon missile programs.

These buildings built by Jesse hold capacity for heavy manufacturing, crane capabilities as well as warehousing or logistics.
Watchman Properties
Watchman Properties is a family, Utah-based real estate investment and development firm. Focused on the acquisition of core-plus and value-add properties both in the Sun-Belt and Intermountain West Regions.
Our goal is to create wealth through low-leveraged, income-producing commercial real estate at discounts to replacement costs with long-term holding periods. We value enhance the properties that we acquire through in-house aggressive management and a hands-on approach.
